Came here for the swim test of a technical rescue course. Overall decent experience. The downside was the locker room, which had a truly horrendous smell. A regular chlorine treatment would do the world of good.
Good use of State and local funds. Excellent pool with great and friendly staff. Neptune Township has done an excellent job. Just wish it was open for more hours to the public.
Sara and her team are excellent. Pool and locker rooms are bright, airy, and clean. A great bargain. Highly recommended!
An absolute gem of a secret. The staff is excellent, the premises and pool very clean and booking a lane is a breeze. I LOVE it.
Took my 4 year old grandson to swim yesterday 3/31/2022. I advised the young swim instructor that my grandson did NOT know how to swim. I was keeping an eye on my grandson because I didn't have a good feeling. The instructor was trying to manage 5 or 6 young children. As I am watching my grandson he gets in the pool where the instructor is with the other children, he is easing himself in and at one point was standing and next second he is under the water. I could see him struggling as he does NOT know how to swim. I'm watch for another second or two to see if he comes up or if the instructor will notice so I panicked and yelled to her that my grandson was drowning. (she was preoccupied with one of the other kids). She grabs him and put him on the edge at this point my grandson is gasping for air, coughing up water then crying hysterically and refused to get back in the water. I ask to speak to a supervisor and a women named Sarah comes up to me. Her body language was confrontational and she was nasty before she even heard me speak. All she kept repeating to shut me up was we can refund you your money. WOW really??? no sympathy for my grandson never once asked him how he was. I don't know how we will get my grandson back into a pool after this traumatizing experience . Management needs to get rid of her she needs a job that does not require her working with people.
Wonderful and friendly staff. Clean pool and locker rooms. My favorite place to swim
